Kielbasa in scalloped potatoes
1. Peel potatoes
2. Scallop and place in pyrex dish.
3. Add soup and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cover with aluminum foil and place in 350 degree oven for 45 min to an hour (until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork).
5. Add kielbasa to top of potatoes and recover with foil.
6. Bake an additional 20-30 minutes until kielbasa is hot.
Remove and serve.
