Suggest a better descriptionMarinade mushrooms in taco seasoning, tamari, vegetable oil for 15-20 minutes. Heat grill on medium high. Place mushrooms on grill and cook about 5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and slice.
Divide mushrooms among romaine leaves. Top with avocado and salsa. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedge, if desired.
