Suggest a better descriptionRub roast with complete seasoning and black pepper and place in crock pot. Add chopped onions, celery, ranch dressing mix, Italian dressing mix, cream of mushroom soup and au jus and stir. Set crock pot to low and leave over night. In the morning cube turnip or potato and add to crock pot along with the baby carrots and turn to high for 8 hours.
When done, place roast in separate dish and pull apart. You can add Flour to the broth for a great gravy.
