FIRST MADE IN JULY 2003. THIS IS DARN GOOD! FIRM, TASTY AND GREAT FOR SANDWICHES.

Ingredients

3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup Water
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
3 cups Bread flour
1/2 cup Instant Potato Flakes
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Active dry yeast

Original recipe makes 1

Loaf  

Preparation

1. Can make rolls and bread.

2. Dough cycle and normal cycle.

3. Follow manufacturers directions for the breadmaker.

4. Makes a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
