Mom's (Pat Currie) potato salad. Of course a family favorite!!
Peel potatoes while hot, cut in chunks (bite sized). In a bowl, mix Miracle Whip, mustard and salt. Pour over the hot potatoes and mix.
Mix in the pickles, onion and celery. Fold in chunks of eggs. Place sliced eggs on top.
When serving, sprinkle the top with Paprika.
Mom likes to microwave half of the potatoes, peel and cut up (hold with towel or paper towel and use knife to peel). She then mixes in half of the other ingredients and half of the wet mix while microwaving the other potatoes. She then adds the other potatoes, rest of the ingredients and the sauce and mixes again. This keeps half of the potatoes large and some broken up in the salad.
