Suggest a better description1. Bring large pot of water to a boil. Add cubed potatoes to water cook for 20-30 mins., until tender but firm. Drain and run cold water over potatoes then place in larger bowl (without water) in refrigerator.
2. Please eggs in pan of cold water. Bring to a boil immediately remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 20 - 25 mins. Run cold water over eggs then once cool to touch, peel and chop, set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped onions, green onions, green pepper, celery, salt & pepper. Mix together add eggs mix add potatoes and mix again. Cover and place in refrigerate over night or at least 3 hr.
