Super easy and pretty quick potatoes with a bit of punch
Boil, drain and dry the potatoes
Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a non-stick frying pan add the mustard and cumin seeds when they begin to pop add the potatoes and stir fry until golden and crispy then sprinkle in the pepper and a good pinch of salt.
Fry for two minutes more
Stir through the coriander and serve with lemon wedges
