Easy Recipe that freezes for unexpected guests. Great for gifts.
Beat together 3 cups sugar, 1 cup of canola oil, and 4 eggs. Then add the next 10 ingredients one at a time mixing but don't over mix.
This is enough for 10 small bread pans or 5 small bread pans and 1 bundt pan. Another idea is to use coffee cans or soup cans which will leave a ribbing effect. Be sure to grease pans. I use an olive oil spray.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350°. A tooth pic can be used to check if done. Cool on wire rack for 10+ minutes. Flip tins over and cool. I wrap in saran wrap and freeze for later use.
Bake 350° 45 to 60 minutes
Watch carefully to be sure you don't over cook depending on pans you decide on.
