Wonderful recipie.
1. Preheat oven to 160C (fan forced). Mix biscuits & butter til moist, press into 9? Pie Tin. Cook for 4 mins.
2. Mix spices and sugar together. Add to cooled pumpkin and stir well. Add eggs and mix. Add milk and mix well. Pour into pie tin.
3. Cook for 40-60 mins in 160C oven. Ready when inserted knife comes out clean. Can cover crust to stop burning.
4. Serve with cream or ice cream.
