Pumpkin Waffles.. that kinda says it all.
Heat waffle iron. In large bowl, combine Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, Cinnamon, Ginger and Nutmeg. Blend well. Add Milk, Pumpkin, Oil, and Eggs. Beat for 1 minute on medium speed. Bake in hot waffle iron until golden brown and steaming stops. Serve warm with syrup.
