These were very easy and well real well with chicken fricasee.
Evening before, feed sourdough starter. After 12 hours, combine dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Cut 1/4 c butter into dry ingredients until it resembles coarse cornmeal.
Stir in milk and sourdough starter and mix well to form a ball.
Knead gently on a floured surface about 30 seconds. Roll dough out to 1/4" thick. Cut into circles with biscuit cutter.
Place apart on ungreased baking sheet. Cover light and let rest for 30 minutes.
Brush tops with melted butter and bake 400 degree oven for 15 minutes until biscuits are puffed and goldne.
