Baked bean
Cut up bacon place in skillet (med heat) once cooked
Add onion green pepper to bacon stir cook until the onion and pepper get color on them about 3/4 minutes.
Stir in beans
Add water about 1 inch over the beans
Add garlic, ketchup, mustard, chilli power, salt & pepper stir.
The beans should be boiling
Reduce heat and let simmer for about 3 hours covered sauce should become thick
