2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese; Shredded
1/4 cup butter; melted (or margarine)
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Mix baking mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix margarine and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm. (10 to 12 biscuits).

We used a portioning scoop to drop approximately 1/4-cup portions of the dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

I didn't spray my cookie sheet as it said ungreased. They stuck. They were good though.

I made mine tonight they were really good, but did not have enough bisquick had to make own bisquick for the other if the dough. But all in all is very good and family said yes very good!!

I made these last night, and I think they are delicious! The best thing is that is didn't take long at all to put them together and bake them. I'd say I maybe spent 20 minutes from start to finish. I will be making these often! Thanks for the recipe! :)
