In a large pan, saute onion and garlic
In a seperate bowl add 1/3 of the beans and mash the beans with the back of a spoon until smooth.
Add 1/3 of the chicken broth to the bean mixture and add more beans, mash until smooth repeat process
Slowly add bean mixture to the large pan. Add cayenne pepper, salt, lemon juice and cumin.
Simmer and add grated cheese
