Suggest a better descriptionTo make the crust, mix 1 cup flour, 5 tablespoons powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup butter. Press mix into 8x8 inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 F. To making topping, mix beaten eggs, 1 1/4 cups sugar, 1/4 cup flour, and a pinch of salt. Add 2 cups chopped rhubarb and pour over baked crust. Bake 40 minutes at 350 F.
