Preheat Oven to 350F.
Mix Rice, Meat, & Cheese Layers separately.
Assemble in layers in deep 9x13 or larger.
Top with Cheese Layer & any extra cheese.
Bake 1/2 hr for Fresh
Bake 1 hr if prepped ahead & refrigerated.
