Drain pan drippings, reserving 2 Tbs. In same skillet, add red and yellow peppers, garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until peppers are crispy tender about 4-5 minutes. Add rigatoni, bacon, and all remaining ingredients. Continue cooking, stirring until cheese is melted. toss with pasta.
