Suggest a better descriptionMake Salad: Mince and mash garlic to a paste with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Transfer to a bowl and whisk in anchovy paste, vinegar, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Whisk in oil. Toss with remaining salad ingredients (tomatoes, olives, sun dried tomatoes, and oregano). Roast Fish: Preheat oven to 425F. Slice onion into rings. "Sandwich" the red onion and oregano in between the sea bass filets with the skin side out. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of sea bass filets. The sea bass can also be grilled. Oil a 1 1/2 to 2 quart gratin or other shallow baking dish.
