Tomato flavored pasta
1. Place dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the centre, add the eggs and oil.
2. Add tomato paste and sufficient water to mix to a dough.
3. Turn out onto a floured board and knead for 15 minutes.
4. Wrap in plastic wrap and keep for 30 minutes in a cool place.
( pasta is easily made in the food processor )
5. Roll the dough in the desired shape, thickness and length with a pasta machine.
Make sure the dough stay in plastic wrap for 30 minutes before rolling it out on the pasta maker
