Suggest a better descriptionBring flour and chicken broth to a boil, cook until thickened. Add chiles, onion, garlic, salsa, taco seasoning, and soup, into mixture. Mix well.
Then "soak" each tortilla in chicken broth mixture (only a few seconds) then build enchiladas: chicken, beans, cheese and wrap.
Use a 9 x 13 pan. Combine sour cream with remaining sauce and pour on top of enchiladas. Cover with cheese. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes, or until bubbly.
