Sauteed salmon with a delightfully light and different sauce
S & P salmon filets and saute in olive oil , just til barely done. Remove from pan.
Add leeks and sauté til soft. Slice grapes and add to leeks along with mirin and cook slowly until soft and combined. Add S& P to taste. If it starts to dry out , add chicken broth .Return salmon to pan to just heat thru. Serve salmon and sauce over basmati rice with a side of green salad or asparagus!
