A very easy recipe when you are feeling like comfort food.


Ingredients

Are you making this? 
8 each Pork chops; boneless, thin
1/2 cup Flour; for dredging
1/2 teaspoon Salt; really to taste
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper; to taste
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1 jar Brown Mushroom Gravy; heinz brand preferred
2 teaspoon Canola oil
1/2 cup Water

Original recipe makes 4

Servings  

Preparation

Combine the flour, salt, pepper and paprika on a small plate or in a ziploc bag (whichever method of dredging you prefer is fine)

Place oil in skillet and bring to medium heat -- add pork chops

Fry for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown

Add jar of gravy and 1/2 cup of water to chops -- cover and simmer 15 minutes

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
