A very easy recipe when you are feeling like comfort food.
Combine the flour, salt, pepper and paprika on a small plate or in a ziploc bag (whichever method of dredging you prefer is fine)
Place oil in skillet and bring to medium heat -- add pork chops
Fry for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown
Add jar of gravy and 1/2 cup of water to chops -- cover and simmer 15 minutes
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
