Boil pasta according to package directions.
Saute diced sausage until crispy and browned.
Rinse and drain off excess fat.
Saute diced onion and peppers in the same pan as the sausage.
Once softened, add sausage back to pan.
Add mixture to pasta.
Stir and serve in bowls.
Top with Parmesan as desired.
