Suggest a better descriptionGrease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish and set aside. In a skillet, brown the sausage and pour off the grease. Add the uncooked rice, and saute until the rice turns a milky color. Add the chopped onion, garlic, celery, and green bell pepper, and simmer until the vegetables are tender. Add the soups. Pour into the prepared casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350( for 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings. Emily Anderson/?All-American Comfort Food?
