Suggest a better descriptionPlace pork roast, taco seasoning, garlic, onion, and chilies in a 4 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker and add about 1 cup of water (If the pork roast is nearer 3lbs use slightly less water and if it is close to 4lbs use a full cup. Stir to combine. Cover cooker and cook the pork until its tender enough to shred, 6 hours on high heat or 10 hours on low heat.
Remove pork from cooker and shred meat with fork. Spoon some of shredded pork evenly down center of a tortilla and roll up. Repeat with remaining tortillas and pork. Serve the filled tortillas with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced avocados, sour cream, lime wedges, and garnish with scallions and cilantro
