Serve with rice and steamed peas
Place fillets, skin-side down in a coated baking
dish. Bake at 425 degrees F for 18 minutes,
until fish flakes easily. Combine green onions,
mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon pepper, salt and
mustard. Spread mix over fish and bake an
additional 2 minutes, until topping is bubbly.
