Place all ingredients, except potato flakes and sour cream, in a large crock pot.
Mix well.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
Add potato flakes and sour cream.
Stir to combine and to break up fish fillet.
Serve with salt & pepper to taste.
