Suggest a better descriptionDIRECTIONS ~------------------------------------------------------ ---- Cook well and drain 12oz. lasagne noodles. Brown meat with onion and garlic. Add seasonings. Mix eggs with tomatoes. Add tomatoes and paste. Simmer 30 minutes. Mix cheese mixture in separate bowl. Layer noodles then 1/2 meat mixture. Then all cheese mixture, then noodles and meat. Top with the rest of mozzarella. Sprinkle with more parmesan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. let stand 15 minutes before serving. Source: Sharon Gunnell Peter Case Converted by MMCONV vers. 1.20
Made a couple changes added 4 cloves garlic (just can't imagine lasagne without garlic) and since I did not have any cottage cheese on hand I put slices of swiss cheese on the top layer. Great lasagne and I will make it again.
