Very quick and easy! Delicious with sauteed spinach!
Place fillets in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle w/salt. Combine mayo, sour cream, and parmesan; spread over fish. Sprinkle w/paprika.
Bake 500 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes. Serve w/lemon.
