Liqueur Pancakes
Pancake Mix
Mix oil, 1 cup of water, and eggs together.
Sift the flour, salt and baking powder together, and add to wet ingredients.
Add all the liqueur.
Use the extra water to thin the mixture until it has pancake mix consistency.
Sugar Mix
mix the powdered mixed spice and sugar together
Cream Delight
Blend the glazed cherries, brandy and 2 teaspoons of sugar in a blender.
Add a small amount of cream and mix.
Add the rest of the cream and beat till peaks stiff.
Bake pancakes in the normal old fashion way.
Cover each pancake with sugar mix and cover to sweat.
Roll pancakes and serve with cream delight.
