Sloppy Joes
1) Add oil to fry pan and sauté onion, bell pepper & celery until soft but not brown
2) Add garlic for 30 seconds , then add hamburger and fry until brown
3) Drain grease
4) Add remaining ingredients simmer 15 minutes until thick
5) Serve on toasted buns
