From my friend Susan's recommendation
In a large skillet, cook turkey, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned.
Drain juices and add to slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix.
Cook on low for 8-9 hours.
Add water to thin if necessary.
Serving size 2-cups.
