Delicious low cal soup.
1. Heat oil over medium high heat and cook chicken. Transfer to a plate.
2. Add onion and garlic. Cook till tender.
3. Add cumin and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add broth, tomatoes, zucchini and salsa. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer uncovered about 10 minutes.
5. Read chicken and heat through.
6. Remove from heat and add cilantro.
7. Serve with chips and cheese.
