Homemade spaghetti sause
Get a dutch oven or other large pot hot on medium high heat. Pour 2-3 rings of olive oil around the bottom of the pan. Add hamburger and pork and begin browning. Add parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, marjarom, and pepper. Break-up/chop the meat while it is cooking and mix in the spices. After meat is brown, add chopped onion and cook until translucent 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrent, about 30 seconds. Add tomato products and stir to combine. Cover and turn down to simmer. Simmer from 30 minutes to 3 hours. After 30 minutes it will be good, after 3 hours it will be great.
This meal can be ready in 45 minutes or three hours.
