While linguini are cooking:
In a large sauce pan, melt butter and olive oil over low-medium heat.
Add garlic and saute until just brown. Add sun-dried tomatoes and scallions. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
Add shrimps, cajun spices, and chili pepper. Saute until shrimp are just turning pink. Remove shrimps onto a platter.
Add wine and saute until wine has cooked off.
Add lemon juice.
When the pasta is ready, drain and reserve 1/4 cup of pasta liquid. Add olive oil to pasta and mix well.
Add reserved liquid to sauce, add shrimps back in, and cook until heated through.
Serve by pouring shrimp mixture over pasta and top with crumbled feta cheese.
