Spinach and Strawberry Salad

I hate salad and I love this one


1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon sweet onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1 bunch spinach leaves
1 pint Strawberries
1 red onion
1/2 cup blue cheese; crumbled

Original recipe makes 6



Mix dressing ingredients together and stir to until all of it is dissolved. Store in refridgerator but bring to room tempature before serving.

Mix spinach, strawberries, onion and blue cheese together. Add dressing to coat.

We found this recipe on big oven a few years ago and it's become a family favorite! I've even taken it to potlucks and send it in my kids lunches to school. Everyone who tries it always wants the recipe...it is super delish! =)
