Crush peppercorns, coarsly. Sprinkle on steaks
Press into steaks
Heat oil in skillet. When hot, add steaks. Cook 3 minutes and turn. Cook 2 minutes Remove steaks. Pour fat from pan and add 2 tablespoons butter. Add shallots and cook. Add wine and cook until almost reduced.
Add cream and cook on high heat.
Pour over steaks
