This is basically just assembly of ingredients. The only cooking is to BBQ the steaks. Of course you could just pan fry the steak but BBQ is even easier.
Soften the butter and mash the anchovy fillet into it.
Massage the butter into the steak.
Cook the steak to slightly under your desire doneness.
Place the steak in a bowl with foil over the top to allow it to rest for about 10mins.
Use any accumulated steak juices mix in a little red wine vinegar and use as the dressing for the rocket.
Place dressed rocket in centre of the plate.
Slice the steak into bite size strips. Assemble on top of the salad.
Place shaved parmesan cheese on top of steak and serve.
