Suggest a better descriptionin a sauce pan over medium high heat, bring the chocolate Stout to a simmer. Cook until be Stout is reduced to about 3/4 cup, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
In a separate sauce pan, warm the milk over medium heat, do not bring to a boil. Add the cocoa powder, chocolate and sugar, whisking until everything is combined in mixture is smooth. Whisk in reduced beer and set aside.
Divide ice cream between 2 mugs. Pour stout hot chocolate over ice cream.
Serve immediately.
