This Strawberry Banana Smoothie recipe is a fine drink after your morning jog.
Use the fruit that you'd like to suit your tastes, but do not use ice. There's no ice in this recipe -- I've found that using frozen fruit (e.g., frozen strawberries) rather than blending-in ice yields a much thicker and more enjoyable drink. So you need to plan ahead with frozen fruit.
Blend all ingredients on high for a minute or so until they're smooth.
