Place spinach, lettuce, strawberries, and pecans in large salad bowl.
Combine all remaining ingredients in small bowl; mix with wire whisk until salt and sugar are dissolved.
When ready to serve pour over salad and toss.
Garnish the top of the salad with a few halved strawberries.
