Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375. Roll out dough into rectangle. Put a layer of meat over the entire surface, leaving about 1/2 inch of dough around the edges.
Put a layer of cheese over the meat.
Sprinkle a fine layer of garlic powder, oregano, and parsley.
Roll it up starting at short end. Pinch ends closed and place roll on an oiled baking sheet, seam side down.
Use a brush to paint the entire exposed surface with the egg yolk. Sprinkle a little cheese and seasoning over the top and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown all over.
Let stand a few minutes before cutting. May serve with marinara sauce.
