Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Roll out one of the doughs onto 1/2 non-stick cookie sheet.
Sprinkle Oregano on the dough.
Place a layer of Cheese, Layer of Ham, Layer of Capicola (optional), Layer of Salami.
Place a second layer of Cheese, Tomatoes.
Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper.
Top with a final layer of Cheese.
Roll out the second dough and cover ingredients.
Be sure to pinch all sides to seal in juices.
Bake at 350 until brown, roughly 20 minutes.
