Banana peppers stuffed with breakfast sausage mixed with mozzarella cheese and then baked.
1. Cut tops off of banana peppers and remove the seeds.
2. Mix mozzarella cheese and sausage together in a bowl. Stuff peppers with this mixture.
3. Lightly coat a 13x9-inch baking dish with pam. Put a small amount of the spaghetti sauce on bottom of dish.
4. Place banana peppers in baking dish and pour the rest of the spaghetti sauce over all the peppers. Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until done.
You can make these as hot or mild as you like by using hot/mild peppers or hot/mild breakfast sausage.
