Erica's recipe
boil bell peppers until soft
brown ground meat, drain and put to side
saute garlic, tops of bell peppers, onion and parsley
Add meat and simmer for 10 minutes
Take bell peppers out of water and put to side while meat is cooling
mix meat, cheeses, and bread crumbs in bowl. Add egg
Fill peppers and put cheese on top of peppers
and cook on 350 until cheese is brown
