Easy to bake.
Preheat oven to 350(F) degrees.
Pull off 15 large cabbage leaves and place in a large bowl.
Pour boiling water over leaves and allow to sit until wilted.
In a separate bowl, combine beef, rice, seasoning, and eggs.
Stir thoroughly using a wood spoon.
Remove cabbage leaves from water and cut off the thick stems.
Place 2 tablespoons of meat into the center of each leaf.
Fold sides over and roll up.
Line a large oven proof pan with smaller cabbage leaves.
Place cabbage rolls seam side down on top of leaves.
Cover with chopped onions.
In a small bowl, mix together pasta sauce and diced tomatoes.
Pour over onions, set pan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and remove from stove.
Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour.
Serve hot with sauce.
