A great dish
Bring pot of salted water to boil.
Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.
Cook peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain.
Sprinkle salt inside each pepper.
Saute ground beef, onions, salt and pepper. Drain.
Stir in tomatoes, rice, 1/2 cup water and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
Stuff each pepper with meat mixture and place in baking dish.
Combine soups with just enough water to make a gravy consistency.
Pour over peppers.
Bake 350 for 25-35 minutes, until heated thorough and cheese is melted and bubbly.
