Suggest a better descriptionIn a bowl combine beef, rice, egg, onion, ketchup, Worcester sauce, garlic powder, salt & pepper well.
Sprinkle inside of each pepper well with salt. Fill each pepper with meat mixture almost full.
Make meatballs with remainder if needed. Place the filled peppers in the crockpot.
Pour the cans of diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and the tomato juice onto the peppers.
Cook on LOW setting in crockpot for 7 1/2 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes using the tomato liquid as a " gravy". Fresh bread and butter.
