Pasta shells stuffed with a tangy Italian sauce filling, can be served as delicious side
side dish or as a main entree.
In a large skillet, mix the ground beef with the sausage, and cook until brown.
Stir in the onions and the bell peppers, and continue cooking, until vegetables are
tender. Add the tomato sauce, the diced tomatoes. Simmer twenty minutes over low
heat. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Meanwhile cook pasta
shells according to package direction, drain. Arrange pasta shells in the botton of
baking pan and stuff each with the meat sauce. Pour the remaining sauce around
the shells. Place in oven and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes. Spinkle Mozzarella cheese
on top and bake until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with black olives and grated Parmesan
cheese.
