Suggest a better description1. Brown ground beef and drain, reserving 1 tablespoon of drippings.
2. Saute onion and garlic until soft; stir in parsley, salt and pepper; crumbled beef, toss to blend well. Remove from heat; stir in rice.
3. Cut a thin slice from the top of each pepper and remove membrane and seeds. Parboil 5 minutes, or until crisply tender; remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
4. Arrange pepper shells in a shallow baking dish. Spoon rice and meat mixture into shells, dividing evenly; cover with aluminum foil.
5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until peppers are tender.
